Basic Air Tightness Review of Building (with IR &/or smoke)

This service reviews the air barrier system and identifies potential air leakage risks during construction.

How We Perform the Work:
We use visual review, smoke, infrared imaging, and/or blower door-assisted diagnostics where appropriate to identify weak points in the air barrier system.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Review of accessible air barrier components.
• Use of infrared and/or smoke diagnostics, where site conditions allow.
• Identification of incomplete sealing or leakage-prone areas.
• Review of transitions, penetrations, window and door interfaces, attic connections, and mechanical openings.
• On-site guidance for corrective action.
• Summary of findings.
