We specifically focus on three key utilities: water, electricity, and natural gas. Ideally, we prefer to have access to two years' worth of historical data, tenant profiles, and usage patterns, including typical schedules.

Our review is designed to offer an in-depth analysis of past consumption, comparing it to pertinent weather patterns. This includes, but is not limited to, factors such as heating degree days, rainfall, and typical temperature profiles. Once we've completed this analysis, we evaluate current utility rates and explore various options.
