Basic Visual Review of Building (inc. Thermal Scan)

This service provides a non-invasive review of an existing building to identify visible performance concerns, supported by infrared thermal imaging.

How We Perform the Work: We visually review accessible areas and use thermal imaging to help identify possible insulation gaps, air leakage patterns, moisture-related anomalies, or thermal bridging. Scope of Work Includes:

• Visual review of accessible interior and/or exterior areas.
• Infrared thermal scan of relevant surfaces.
• Identification of visible building envelope concerns.
• Review of potential insulation or air leakage issues.
• Photo documentation, where applicable.
• Summary of findings and recommended next steps.
