9.36 Performance Path – ( > 5,500 Sq Ft./Row Houses/Multi-Unit)

We complete the required 9.36 energy modelling using HOT2000 software which we are certified in and complete both a reference house and a proposed house as currently required by all Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Included in our modelling are all RSI calculations, air tightness drawing details and completion of the required forms / documentation for the different jurisdictions.
