How We Perform the Work: Using blower door pressure and diagnostic tools such as smoke, air current indicators, or infrared imaging, we trace air movement through suspected leakage locations. Scope of Work Includes:

• Controlled pressurization or depressurization of the building.
• Use of air movement indication tools.
• Review of envelope transitions, penetrations, windows, doors, attics, basements, and mechanical openings.
• Identification of priority leakage locations.
• On-site explanation of findings.
• Written summary or photo documentation, where included.
