This service verifies whether elevated moisture is present in accessible building materials.

How We Perform the Work:
We use appropriate moisture meters or verification methods to assess materials in the area of concern. This service may support water ingress investigations, warranty reviews, or building diagnostics.

This process provides a precise quantification of the moisture and water present within the building envelope. Both non-destructive and semi-destructive methods may be used to complete this testing. Generally, holes created through semi-destructive testing will not be sealed by Qualistat and will be the responsibility of the client to restore these tested areas.
