Visual Assessment

This service provides a basic, non-invasive assessment of visible building conditions.

How We Perform the Work:
We inspect accessible areas identified by the client and document visible deficiencies, unusual conditions, or items that may require further review. Observations will be made from the ground, from a deck or from inside the home unless specific access to other areas of the building are provided by the client.

As part of a comprehensive home evaluation, our visual assessment service involves a thorough examination of the building envelope. This includes both the interior and exterior components, as well as spaces such as the attic, to ensure a detailed review of the structure.
